Grover Fields - President

A 1999 Industrial Engineering graduate of Florida A&M University, 1997 TIME Magazine-Princeton Review "College of the Year"; Grover also holds a Masters Degree in Management Information Systems from Troy University. A two-time Florida Mentor of the Year candidate. Grover has lead successful community outreach and tutoring programs. Grover is also an annual contributor Zora Neale Hurston Festival of the Arts and Humanities in Eatonville, Florida.

Lorenzo G. Johnson, Jr. - Vice President

Reverend Lorenzo Johnson II is a senior pastor of J.A.M. Worldwide Ministries. A 2001 History Education graduate of Florida A&M University; he is also a registered teacher in the State of Florida. A Coordinator of the Men of Distinction Teen Mentoring program at Hallandale High School. Minister Johnson has completed missionary missions to Haiti.

Jaheim Wright - Treasure

Owner/CEO of Structures Construction & Inspections Services, Jaheim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering from Florida A&M University. Jaheim has lead successful construction projects from single family residential homes to commercial Housing Authority projects. An active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Inc, Upward Bound mentor, and a committee member of 501(c)(3) HBCU Jump Off.

Rekina Lecount - Secretary

A Community Affairs Trainee for the Atlanta Braves, Rekina has a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism and currently pursuing a M.B.A. in Sports Business from Saint Leo University. Rekina has lead successful events for the past two years that involved scholarships, counseling, fundraising, and corporate giving.

Larry A. Williams - Member

Larry has extensive ties to the Miami-Dade County area where he was born and raised. A 1999 graduate of Florida A&M University with a bachelor's degree in Landscape Design and Management; currently Larry coaches Football at Miles University as its' defensive back and special team coach. He brings a plethora of both playing and coaching knowledge to football and underprivileged youth programs.
